Pick 1 emotional word that is keeping you stuck in your life.
This word has meaning because it is a feeling that is familiar to you. It is one aspect of yourself you want to change or break free of.
You can pick from the list or find one for yourself.
Here are some examples:
Pick only 1 word to focus on.
Write it in the middle of a piece of paper and then draw lines off of that word, then write down all associations that come to you around this destructive word.
This exercise is a RIGHT brain (flow) exercise, I don’t want you to think about it from your left brain and debate. Just let it flow. Let it be raw and truthful.
These associations are like a spiderweb and are keeping that destructive word validated in your life over and over from your old working model conditioning. Our old stories create our current reality on an unconscious level much of the time.
The good news today, is that you brought to the surface the TRUTH.
My favorite quote is - “The truth will set you free but first it’s going to piss you off.”
I want you now to acknowledge yourself for bringing to light your inner investigation of all the associations that go with this destructive word.
As you change 1 destructive word that is creating a negative energy in your nervous system, you start to change your destructive emotional state that you keep validating because you were believing that it was true.
It is simply NOT true.
