I started running late in life, just to stay fit, a mile here and there. I didn't consider myself a runner, but as I started running more consistently, running became a space to connect with myself, heal from divorce, deal with stress, and achieve humongous goals. As I continued in my running journey I became a marathon runner and a Boston qualifier. These achievements sounded impossible to me, as I was the fat girl nobody wanted in their teams, and the "superlative of fat" in English class in second grade. Running has taught me that I am able to achieve anything, with the right mindset and the commitment to training. It has brought happiness and joy to my life in many ways. I am an educator and a Mastermind. I created this program to help you start your own journey in mindful running, which will take you to the finish line and will empower you.
