Nikki L. Kagan, Principal and Founder, is a corporate organizational development coach and facilitator with more than thirty years of experience. Specializing in leadership coaching, change management, visioning, strategic planning and group process, she travels worldwide facilitating retreats and conducting client customized sessions on topics ranging from executive coaching to creating leadership alignment and synergy. Nikki’s broad background also includes strategic planning, facilitation and group process. Her unique talents lie in her proven ability to help both individuals and groups achieve results by combining various academic and experiential learning approaches shecustomizes for each client. Balancing theory and practice, her refreshingly creative 'no-gimmicks' approach enables her to capture and maintain her clients’ interest and attention, while facilitating the development process in a relaxed, open and safe environment. She appeals to her clients’ sense of trust and respect with her strong, yet gentle style.
In addition to her originality in creatively combining methodologies, Nikki has a keen ability to synthesize information quickly, and promptly and accurately determines her clients’ unique needs and expectations, to design the most appropriate program. She is also a certified focus group moderator, facilitator and creative planner, with certifications from the Burke Research Institute, Cincinnati, USA, the McNellis Group, and "The Great Facilitation Training Program.” She is also certified in the M.B.T.I. (Myers Briggs Typology Indicator).
Nikki has received international certification as a trainer and consultant in the field of EAPD (Equine Assisted Professional Development), an increasingly popular and extremely effective methodology for enhancing managerial, leadership and team skills through groundwork, play, and arena exercises with horses. She is, in fact, Israel’s only licensed HorseDream partner in her home country. Just recently Nikki published her first book entitled “Instinctive Leadership” in which she shares leadership insights from her corporate work with leaders and horses.
Prior to founding Kagan Consulting in 1995, Nikki was Marketing Manager for one of America's largest footwear manufacturers, responsible for promotional planning, design, and implementation. She also co-founded Atlantic Designs, a kitchen and bath design center in the northeastern United States, developing and implementing the business and marketing plans for this successful venture before selling her interest to her partner.
Based in Israel since 1998, Nikki established Kagan Consulting and HorseSense, both focused on improving organizational results by coaching individuals and teams to become more aware of their strengths, their professional potential, and growth areas, in addition to facilitating group process in a way that enables teams to leverage their best thinking around strategic planning, change management, and problem-solving.
