Left farming at 18 because there was no economic future. Worked in the corporate world for many years. My heart was always drawn back to farming. Helping with seeding and harvesting the technology and farming practices had changed but not the economic outlook. The present farming model is not sustainable for the land or the farmers. There are farmers researching new methods on their own, but they are bombarded with conflicting information. Most farmers are reluctant to change. Support comes from the mindset of the Industrial Agriculture model which promotes no-till with synthetic fertilizer, increased chemical spraying and the use of mono cropping. 

Regenerative Agriculture seeks to restore soil health and grow nutrient rich food with minimal tillage and chemical input. Traversing the information on how this will empower the farmer and improve the food chain and domestic animal welfare is my passion.
