I so wish you both can inspire each other to grow and improve our well-being. It either being in personal health or business perpection.
My name is Bastiaan Anthonie Baaij (artist name: Manupeo) an Dutch guy that has founds its message thru serving people to train themselves become better resilient for stress by becoming better in breathing. By staying true to my message I only present services to where I can fully say I am daily practicing what I am teaching.

Of origin I have studied music and music therapy that later let me to work as music teacher, performer. Being an multi-instrumentalist and vocal trainer I discovered my own weakness and turned it into my strength. In my teens and young adolescence years I was an long heard fast rock guitar player (Steve Vai, Satriani, Dream Theather etc. and regular rock) smoking cigarettes, cigars, tobacco pipe and loving whiskey's bears etc. Later being an fancy tenor saxophone player, wearing fancy suits an playing bars...again with an very unhealthy lifestyle.
Yet thru out all this I was dealing with server Asthma, Sleep-apnea, depression and anxiety in my teens and young adolescent years. Next to these instruments at the age of 20, I discovered that I had the remedy of my own cure in my hand. But still was most of the time drawn to my unhealthy life style.
After my burn-out at the age 26, I learned and studied to make an transition between health support & music education. Leading me to focus on becoming in control of my daily breathing patterns by mastering the Australian wind instrument the Didgeridoo and learning the daily neurological benefits of pure essential oils. Truly becoming able to play and master the didgeridoo completely wiped out the need of hang on to my unhealthy life stile. It cleaned my inner body work and calmed my mind. Sharing this journey become the foundation to share and supports others and so I did and still do.
Starting in 2006 with DMDP Music & DMDP Records that moved up in 2008 to The Didgeridooschool Rotterdam. Transitioned in 2010 to Didgeridooschool Bastiaan Baaij. Working with medical professionals in Lung departments of Hospitals, fitness trainers, speech therapists, school teachers, speakers, business managers, the average Joe and so on and so forth. From the age of 6 all up to 83, I feel blessed to have been able to train many hundreds and inspire many thousands of people to improve there health and well-being by becoming better in there everyday breathing patterns. Yet I saw I was missing an audience that had no interest in the instrument, yet are very in need of better breathing habits.

Because we are all different in how we learn and digest new content I wanted to create an format to where the Didgeridoo would become an Training Tool for Respiratory well-being. Not just a fun instrument to play. Next to this that I could also present my training method with out using the instrument but still keep the core training alive and practical.
This, including all the research I developed trainingsformats under The Breath Control Academy. With my live event How to Relax for Better Concentration I already reached many people and continue to reach more an more people. Its main message that became the core thru out the new developed method is the following.
The last one Who Knows he/she Swims......is a Fish.

99% of people I meet, professionals in health or not...none of them have an clear awareness of their current daily breathing pattern. Why....because we mirror each other and this starts by our breathing. As Breathing connects...but the way of breathing creates the habit. So 99% of the people I meet inhale and exhale thru their mouth. Leaving them swimming around in Shallow Breathing patterns. Activating/ triggering your own Fight & Flight response. Leaving you in a constant emerging state of stress. Or at least building up to feeling tense. The longer you swim in your bowl....you start to accept the unpleasant feeling and label them as normal or it just comes with the job. Right? Finding more outer reasons
Even thou you do yoga, breath-work exercises and so on an so forth ....it only matters on the moment you are practicing it. These mostly do not stick an become new breathing habits. Are you still following and does it make sense ?
With my own awareness and training people since 2006 I have seen so many light bulbs popping up in peoples mind. Finding out that:
Exhaling is Key..when you want to feel stress free.
This sentence became the Key Phrase in my Live Events and online training products.
