Anna Pantano 14 Mindfulness Coach and Yoga Instructor
I am passionate about assisting others in making their own great transformations to live a deeply connected, healthier and more fulfilling life. I truly believe that each one of us has a unique gift to share with this world and living Mindfully gives us the opportunity to share that gift to our fullest extent.
I love to share practical ways to be Mindful on a consistent basis so you will thrive in your busy life and be a force of good in this world. I want you to be happy and successful in whatever way that looks like to you. I have spent almost 20 years of my life practicing Mindfulness and learning how to integrate it into my own life through Mindfulness techniques, Yoga and Meditation. The practice has given me the tools I need to be the best person, Mom, spouse and friend I can be. I have seen the shifts in my clients’ lives as they step into a more intentional way of living and the amazing ripple effect that living a Mindful Life can have.
Since becoming an Ontological Life Coach in 2005, a method of coaching that focuses on shifting our way of being in the world so we can achieve different more positive results, I have delved deep into the world of Mindfulness, Meditation and Yoga. I trained with Mindful Life, Mindful Schools and Warriors At Ease to deepen my knowledge of Meditation, Trauma Sensitive Meditation and secular Mindfulness techniques as well as the science behind why it all works. In 2015 I became a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor, RYT-200. I specialize in Restorative, Gentle Somatic Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga and Kids’ Yoga.
I am passionate about sharing my journey and knowledge to assist others in making their own great transformations in living a healthier, happier, deeply connected and fulfilling life. I hope whether it is with me or on your own you will explore the world of Mindful Living with curiosity and give the practice time to reveal its powerful ability to facilitate great transformations.
