What is it you truly want to feel in your life? Not what you want but what do you want to FEEL? Be VERY clear and specific, visualize it. It helps to put your vision board in front of you for a visual map reminder. Use all your senses to tune into what you want to see, what you want to hear, how you want to feel. By practicing this daily you trick your brain into thinking you're actually in the moment doing it. Which means you're consciously sending out signals to the Universe to bring this vibration, bring this situation to you!
